It is basically about 2 people inspiring each other on their respective journeys to their dreams. Along the way we are treated to lots of music, songs and jazz plus some wonderful landscapes.
The songs are good if not classics but the film scores highly for the wonderful cinematics and the orchestration with music going from a simple piano tune through jazz to a full orchestra and then back again without jarring or sounding silly. Lots of bright colours and beautiful people dont often make for a good film but this is an exception.
I would recommend this film to anyone who likes musicals.
